- Για οποιαδήποτε είδος κατασκευής απαιτείται κάποιο είδος προγραμματισμού και σχεδιασμού προηγείται πάντα από οποιαδήποτε πράξη υλοποίησης των σκέψεων για ανέγερση νέου κτιρίου ή επισκευή ή ανακαίνιση
